Built for disclosure rules
Virtual staging is allowed on Stellar MLS, Central Florida's MLS, but it has to be disclosed and has to show a true picture of the property. Every kit is set up to make that easy:
- Clean MLS version. Stellar MLS doesn't allow words or branding on listing photos, so your MLS upload files carry no text. The "virtually staged" disclosure goes in the photo description field.
- Labeled marketing version. A copy of each photo marked "Virtually Staged" for social media, flyers, and websites.
- Unaltered originals. Delivered alongside every staged photo.
- Ready-to-paste wording. Your listing description starts with the required line: "One or more photo(s) was virtually staged."
What we will and won't do

How to order
Pay online, then email your photos. That's it.

2. Email your photos
Send to [email protected] with the subject "Listing Kit order: [property address]", and include:
- Up to 6 interior photos (JPG/PNG, as large as you have, ideally shot level and wide)
- Room type for each photo (e.g., "photo 3 = primary bedroom")
- Address, beds/baths, square footage, list price range
- Key features and upgrades, HOA/community amenities
- Style preference (optional): modern, coastal, transitional, farmhouse…
- The email address you used at checkout

3. Get your kit

Frequently asked questions
Is virtual staging allowed on the MLS?
Stellar MLS, which covers Orlando and much of Central Florida, allows virtual staging as long as it's disclosed and the photos stay a true picture of the property: the photo description says "Virtually staged," the virtually staged box is checked, and public remarks begin with "One or more photo(s) was virtually staged." Our kits include everything you need to do that. Other MLSs have their own rules, so check yours.
Why do I get two versions of each staged photo?
Stellar MLS doesn't allow text or branding on listing photos, so the MLS version is clean and the disclosure goes in the photo description. The "Virtually Staged" labeled version is for social media, flyers, and anywhere else you market the home.
How fast is delivery?
24–48 hours from when we receive your photos and listing details, often sooner. Orders received on weekends are delivered within 48 hours.
What photos work best?
Bright, level, wide-angle shots of empty or mostly empty interior rooms. Phone photos can work, but professional photos give the best results. If a photo won't stage well, we'll tell you before we start.
Can you remove existing furniture?
Yes. We can replace existing furniture with virtual furniture. We never remove or alter permanent fixtures, walls, floors, or defects.
Do you stage exteriors or new construction renderings?
No. Under Stellar MLS rules we don't stage exteriors (beyond unattached patio furniture or décor), and we don't stage pre-construction or under-construction properties.
Who writes the listing description?
We write it from the details you send, using AI-assisted drafting with a human review for accuracy and fair-housing-friendly language. You should always review it before publishing, since you know the property best.
What if I don't like the result?
Every kit includes one free revision, whether that's a different style, furniture layout, or wording. Just reply to your delivery email within 7 days.
Do you do phone calls?
We work entirely by email, which keeps things fast and gives you everything in writing. Most questions get answered the same business day.
Do packs expire?
Both 3-Listing and 5-Listing Packs can be used anytime within 12 months of purchase.
