Founder pricing: $49/month for the first 10 subscribers, then $79/month. Month to month.
What's on the list
- Re-roof permits: single-family homes in the City of Orlando issued a residential re-roof permit in the past week.
- New homeowners: recent single-family home purchases in Orange County, from the Property Appraiser's sales records. Sales show up in county records a few weeks after closing, so this part runs a few weeks behind.
- For each home: property address, owner name and mailing address (as listed by the Orange County Property Appraiser), permit or sale date, permit number, and a flag for homestead (likely owner-occupied) or owner mails elsewhere (likely absentee).
- Not included: phone numbers or personal emails. It's built for mail and your own compliant outreach.
